[ragel-users] ragel 6.4 released

Hello Ragel Users,

I released 6.4 today. This one took me way too long to get out. The time 
to the next release should be shorter, given that finishing and 
defending my thesis is out of the way :) Also, I'm using Ragel at my new 
job which has me thinking about it a lot more. It's bound to get some 
more attention :)

Ragel is now back to a single executable. There are also some bug fixes 
in this release. See the ChangeLog for details.
