Windows binaries updated to vs. 6.2

I have uploaded new binaries and sources. If you already downloaded
the files, have a look at the files section. Just replace the two
files.

If you ever need an example on what happens if you work with several
computers on the same project without using a source code version
system this is what you get. I published an intermediate version of
the windows files with inconsistent function names for the entry point
to the C# generator (dll build).
