Just updated the tar on http://vic.selfip.com/pub/ragel-5.16-rb.tar.gz
, fixed some bugs, used the atoi.rl example to prove code generation,
checkout rbtmp/atoi.rb.xml and rbtmp/atoi.rb , next step will be adding
test cases and test/langtrans_ruby.txl
