New project abnfgen: Ragel code generator from ABNF

Hi *,
I have published at http://www.2p.cz/en/abnf_gen new project related
to Ragel. Abnfgen converts rules defined in ABNF format into Ragel
state machine definition. ABNF is used in many RFCs as protocol
definition language so it should simplify development.

Note that Ragel definition for abnfgen itself is probably not 100%
accurate because there is known situation where result is not correct
(comment in source) but I think it not critical.
