[colm-users] Failure to build from source (FTBFS) colm-0.14.1

Jan Engelhardt jengelh at inai.de

colm-0.14.1 illegally depends on an implementation detail of libtool
and hence fails to build. The previous version, colm-0.13.0.7,
did not exhibit this problem.
